Educational Status Illiterate

Is a person (male or female) 10 years of age or above, yet can not in any language write or read simple statement on his daily life course formed of few words and figures. Nonetheless, a person who can only read but not write is considered an illiterate too.

Is a person capable of both reading and writing but does not hold an academic certificate of any kind.
